WASHING CLOTHING WITH WOOL

Wool has a natural self-cleaning property and therefore does not need to be washed as often as other clothing.

Always check the care label
Before washing and drying wool clothes, it is always recommended to check the care label that sits on the inside of the product.

Air out wool clothes
If your wool clothes need some freshening up, they often just need to be aired out for a few hours outdoors.

Visibly dirty?
Only wash the wool garment when it is visibly dirty on a wool cycle, so it will last longer.

Use wool wash detergent
Use a detergent especially suitable for wool, as ordinary detergent can dry out the wool due to its natural fat.

Washing on wool cycle
Wash the wool clothes on a wool cycle. The wool cycle uses gentle, rocking movements to avoid friction and damage to the wool fibres.

Laying clothes out to dry
To maintain the fit, it is recommended to slightly pull the wool garment into shape after washing and lay it flat to dry.
